Named for its generous benefactors Peggy and Philip B. Crosby, the Crosby Wellness Center opened in November 1989 as the area’s first and only medically-integrated fitness facility, becoming a community mainstay and a social hub for local residents and visitors alike.
Today, as the Crosby Wellness Center sits inside the Center for Health & Wellbeing, we celebrate 35 years of serving our members. With exceptional staff, programs, and services, our ownership of Crosby is a key way we meet our mission of optimizing the physical, mental, and emotional health and wellbeing of Eatonville, Maitland, and Winter Park – our focus communities.
